RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Restocking Fee

Items sold by Vinpow, can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. All returned items must be shipped in an undamaged reselling condition*. Order must be shipped in the original packaging with invoice or receipt, within 15 days, and crating materials for the return to be accepted. We may charge restocking fee if the package(s) are open and not in reselling condition.

 

Return Shipping Fee

Vinpow is not responsible for the return shipping fee except for the following conditions:

• If you receive any defective item(s), and you contact us to send us a picture of the defective part within 72 hours of receipt of shipment.

• If your return is a result of our store’s error, for example, you receive a wrong item, and you contact us to send us a picture of the wrong item for a return within 72 hours of receipt of shipment.

 

Vinpow doesn't accept returns if:

1. Any return(s) are issued after 15 days of receipt of shipment.

2. The product(s) are not in reselling condition*.

* Reselling condition

Reselling condition means that products must be in a condition enabling us to sell them as new. The returned or exchanged product must be unused, clean, and not assembled, undamaged, unaltered and in their original packaging with the tags still attached.
